The St. Claire Rises Again In Harlem

Curbed called it a "zombie building" but we like to think of it as more of a sleeping beauty. The St. Claire condo development in Harlem, New York will have just 13 luxury units in a seven story building. Sales first started in 2008 but faded out amid the recession. Now the St. Claire is back with occupancy planned for early 2011.

The development is located at 2077 Fifth Avenue and has two through four-bedroom homes. All residences have gas fireplaces, white oak hardwood floors, high ceilings, washer/dryers, and balconies, offering city and park views. The open kitchens are outfitted with black granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and custom wood cabinetry. Bathroom have Italian porcelain tile and Kohler bath fixtures.
Amenities include a 2,200-square-feet common roof deck and resident/media lounge as well as a gym with a shower, children's playroom and sauna. Residences at The St. Claire start at $615,000. For additional information, call 212-475-9000 or visit www.stclairecondos.com.
