Elin Nordegren's hunt for a Tiger-adjacent Florida pad took her through today's estate, a penthouse in the Carlyle building in Jupiter Island, Florida. The penthouse was upgraded and reconfigured so that the eastern views of the Intracoastal and western views of the Ocean could be enjoyed in all major living areas at all times. The home has limestone floors and curved and coffered ceilings designed by David Aultz. There home has a living room as well as a family room with a fireplace.

The kitchen is designed for entertaining with two Miele dishwashers, a Miele warming oven, double Thermador ovens, three refrigerators, large pantry area and an extra wide galaxy granite island. Something tells me this is going to sit on the market for a while. They need to rethink the staging furniture.

No. No to her making this home and no to anyone wanting to buy it. Nice ocean views-the other direction is not so hot. This place will need some major decor consideration and staging. It's really awful. Adrift in every way.

While I think it's very secure, I think Elin deserves better. This isn't it.
