Something tells me this is going to sit on the market for a while. They need to rethink the staging furniture.
I bet the monthly assessment is high

"...eastern views of the Intracoastal and western views of the Ocean."
Methinks you've got that backwards, direction-wise.

Isn't Tiger's new house on the island slightly bigger than this entire building?
travis Jan 18th 2011 2:35PM
Oh, and yes, to Monet's point, that furniture is utterly, scandalously, disastrous.
Heave it out into the ocean and sink it, please!

Elin do yourself a favor and make Tiger work to see his children... stop making his life so easy. This place is below you btw..

No. No to her making this home and no to anyone wanting to buy it. Nice ocean views-the other direction is not so hot. This place will need some major decor consideration and staging. It's really awful. Adrift in every way.
While I think it's very secure, I think Elin deserves better. This isn't it.

Who would want a patio/balcony on the top floor with all those a/c units whirling away? Not conducive to a party atmosphere.
