Boulan South Beach Goes On Sale In Florida
A recent article in the Miami Herald pointed out that South Florida's real estate market seems poised for a slow rebound. In fact, Miami-Dade condo sales showed 1,039 existing units sold in November, the first time since 2006 that condo sales topped 1,000 a month.
