New York City's Pod Hotel Offers 1/11/11 Room Deals
A few enterprising hotels are capitalizing on the date of January 11, 2011 to offer some intriguing hotel deals. New York City's colorful and affordable Pod Hotel on East 51st Street is offering a deal for a stay in a queen room at a rate of $111.11. One tweet and update will be posted each day on the @thepodhotel Twitter account and Facebook page, reminding followers and fans to call the hotel to book their stay. The trick is, customers will only be able to book this deal for one hour and eleven minutes starting at 1:11 PM on January 11th.
The cheerful Pod rooms are available in several different sizes and offer mp3 player docking stations, dimmer control lighting system,LCD TVs and wifi. Each Pod is climate controlled and equipped with efficient, stylish furniture.Hotel amenities include a lobby lounge and a rooftop garden bar and the hotels located near Radio City Music Hall, Times Square and Rockefeller Center.
