Estate of the Day Year-End Wrap-Up-- September 2010
The estate of the day year-end round-up brings us to September. There hasn't been a lot of market movement in just a couple of months. Although the home above, Carmel, California's beautiful Butterfly House has had a price cut from $22 million a few months back to $19.2 million which is lower than the price we saw back in 2007 when I first profiled this home. The ultra-sexy Esquire House in Hollywood Hills has also had a $3.4 million price cut.
