Nice house, but the landscaping is out of control.

Most of the landscaping seemed plain to me. Too plain. Then some of it is too much. Either too much, or too plain. But that can be fixed easily. What can't be fixed easily is the circle staircase. Semi-circle is okay, but I hate circle stairs. That went out of style in the 1970's. Other than that, it's pretty nice. Unless you custom build a mansion, it's not going to fit your taste. You have to be able to see beyond decor, landscaping, etc. But major structural changes are hard to accept.

I think the landscape needs color...flowers in the front would be really good. The house is absolutely beautiful, except for the furniture.

If I were rich I would buy it. I love it just the way it is. It has lots of class.
