Hey you softballs, I'll take a condo in Sun Valley any day-even one of these condos. Do you know what $800, 000 buys in Chicago, Glenview, Park Ridge, or Palos Hills, IL. It buys shit constructed by Eastern European mouth breathers and taped by their undocumented immigrant south of the border breathren! And there is a 50/50 chance you're neighbor will be a recent parolee with an ankle monitor on his leg watching Oprah all day long in his rent subsidized apartment that you're paying for as well. Do one of these condos in Sun Valley still seem that bad? No, I didn't so. Man, where do we get some of these knuckleheads, no wonder Obama won...

$800,000, would buy you a mansion in Texas. I don't know how anyone can afford to live in these other area's, I think they are all over inflated for what you are getting.
