Estate of the Day Year-End Wrap-Up-- July 2010

Today's estate of the day breakdown brings us to July, traditionally a slow month for real estate. How did our properties fare? This month saw another big listing, the extravagant Castello della costa D'Oro in Cambria, California. It hit the market for $58 million and hasn't budged. From genteel Georgia to the wide open spaces of Montana, a lot of the real estate we covered during this month is still up for sale at the same price. But there were some drops including a $10 million price chop for the Malibu home of the late Max Palevsky, founder of Intel.

Please check your facts. I do not believe that Max Palevsky was the founder of Intel.
