They certainly photographed the estate grounds at the right time of year. It is beautiful, but I'm sure it doesn't look that way for very much of the year.

This mansion is cold. It looks like an institution (and I like modern). The kitchen looks like an operating room, or even a morgue. Is all that stainless steel there so that one can hose it off for speed in cleaning it? Some is good and trendy-this is so far over the top it's bizarre.
Grass right up to the edge of the home and pool? A grooming nightmare even IF you hired gardeners. It would be an ongoing frustration.
And finally, the entire place is devoid of the warmth you would expect given the surroundings and trees. Say something nice... The driveway to the mansion is just stunning. Mountain views to die for, trees, and ponds are all so wonderful. Why kill it off with this home?

The tree lined path is cool.
In the photo you can see all the leaves in the pool. I'd bet it's full of grass clippings as well, unless a wall rises out of the ground when the guy mows and edges.

A refrigerated cheese room? Even this stuck up snob of a Californian had to laugh at that one.
