So he will make millions in profit so that he can buy another one & sell it so he can make millions in profit, so he can buy another one & sell it & make millions in profit, ad infinitum . And what can he do with the millions in profit ? From what I can see, spending millions to move out of a 20 room house into a 40 room house wont increase the quality of your life, it will just increase the number of domestic employees you need. What will increase the quality of your life is hiring experts to design & build a new kind of house with a lot of new cool stuff & build it in a paradise. What kind of new stuff ? Well, start with the kitchen with a commercial pizza oven, built-in chicken rotisserie, milk shake machine, softy ice cream machine, deli slicer, etc. In the living room every new comfort there is like remote control everything - drapes, sleeper couch - not a fold out - one big enough to stretch out on, washable upholstery on all furniture, wall sized LCD tv, 8 kilowatt stereo, closed circuit video of the entire estate grounds with remote illumination, a Jacuzi swimming pool not just a tub, etc. ...Alfred-
