Estate of the Day Year-End Wrap-Up--January 2010
There's no denying it's been a tough couple of years for luxury real estate but how have our estate of the day properties fared this year? I decided to break it down, month by month to see what is still on the market. Real estate auctions and celebrity homes are not included in this data. The most expensive estate still on the market from last January's estates is Escape Ranch in Florida. January also brought us another expensive home in Florida and a couple in Wyoming that have been slow to sell. For January at least, price cuts have been moderate.
