--Bob and Cortney Novogratz are renovating one of Julia Roberts' Manhattan apartments.
--Millard Drexler, J. Crew chief executive officer, bought Montauk's Deep Hollow Ranch for $11.4 million. The 17.8-acre property is the oldest working cattle ranch in the country.

--Hollywood producer Thomas Tull, founder of Legendary Pictures, has bought an 18-acre parcel of land in Beverly Hills, California for $12 million.
--The penthouse apartment of the Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman has hit the market with a $44 million asking price. The 20,000-square-foot apartment comes with furnishings and can be customized. Developer Mike Ryan estimates annual fees for upkeep to be $200,000-$300,000, including chef, butler and maid service, which come with the apartment. It also comes with a Rolls-Royce Phantom and a 31-foot yacht.
