The winery has experienced such a dramatc run-up in documented value over the past several years that the owners elected (over six months ago) to test the reasonableness of that value in the marketplace. If a satisfactory and well-qualified overarching offer comes in, it will be considered (we would be foolish not to).

We are otherwise operating profitably, are makiung award-winning wines and have no urgency in selling.
