Adam Brody Lists At A Loss
Former teen star Adam Brody is the latest celebrity to list at a loss in Los Angeles. The Real Estalker reports that Brody bought his home from Limp Bizkit frontman Fred Durst back in 2006 for $2.225 million. He is listing the three-bedroom home in the Hollywood Hills for $1.99 million. The 1916 traditional home has been restored keeping the period floors (updated with a deep chocolate stain), windows and moldings. The listing promises that the house is perennially popular and never stays on the market for long. The home property is edged by hedges and has a pool, spa, dog run, a grassy yard, a garden swing and a detached garage, giving it a peaceful feel. There are two master suites with views, a sunroom, breakfast room, den and a bright white eat-in kitchen with marble counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The listing is with Teles Properties.

Great view. Nice upgraded kitchen. Pool is too far away from the house. Not worth the money. If they get it, it will be because of the address.

Not really a very desirable location....parking is terrible because of the close proximity of Runyon Canyon. Also, very high density neighborhood.

It's a nice cottage style bungolish I know not a word house. Cute, simple, and comfortable. Love the kitchen, and the grounds, even if not as spacious, but yes this is a densely populated area. If you have alot of entertaining then parking would be difficult. However on a different note, Runyon Canyon Park is a great place to hike, take your dog out, and get a workout on the hill, so depends on your needs, the price is appropriate.
