Real Housewife Alexis Bellino's Short Sale Situation
More Real Housewives real estate drama. Radar Online says that "The Real Housewives of Orange County" star Alexis Bellino and her husband Jim, have had a "property foreclosure notice" published in their local newspaper, The Daily Pilot. The property is their Newport Beach, California mansion. Radar Online says the couple nearly lost the home back in August when they defaulted on a $4.5 million loan. They worked out a loan modification but the home went on the market. The pair bought it in 2006 and the listing says that the owner has over $6 million into the property. It is reduced for quick sale with a price of $3.695 million, a reduction from the price of $4.995 million it was listed at just last month. The home is located near Nicolas Cage's former mansion in Newport Beach and sits on a double lot near the water. The six-bedroom home has been completely remodeled. It has high ceilings and opens with a grand staircase perfect for dramatic moments. The custom home includes a large gourmet kitchen, wine cellar, a home theater complete with Titanic and Good Fellas posters. Downstairs there is a pool table with a bar and fireplace. Although there isn't a swimming pool there is a large outdoor recreation area with a spa.

Gorgeous! Love the angular ceilings and clean sharp lines. The outside is typical for this location. Looks like it's not much until you go inside. I think the only deal breaker is no pool. You cannot live in So. Calif and not have a pool.

Couldn't happen to a more deserving couple. He depicts himself as the "king of his castle" and she thinks she's he best thing she sliced bread.....

My thoughts exactly - this couple ruined the RHOC show. Jim is a jerk, and she is just as bad - and they call themselves "chistians". I wish they would go away. But now the need the show more than ever.

How do these pigs get by with all this. Each and for the most part all of them are a bunch of freakin Italian wannabe's and Oh GOD the women look like a bunch of two bit whores. I look three times better than any of these plastic B'tchs. Is this what our world has come down to where this crap is always on the boob tub. They all deserve what they get. I just would like someone to explain to all of us just how they get away with so much.

all these so called housewife "stars" play with monopoly money. I've never heard so much about repossessions, evictions and foreclosures before these shows. they are all broke want-to-be stars. if they spent as much time managing their lives and finances as they do trying to impress the rest of us with their borrowed and rented material things, they'd probably be able to actually have something. they are all a joke!

A bar and entertainment area is fine, but the pool table is definitely tacky.
