I would much rather buy myself a pair of Ray- Bans than these. They were very popular about 8 years ago..and then went out of style. They look exactly like the doce ones.  I am glad I kept mine. My Dad wore that God-awful style for years and it aged him.  It actually made him look poor. I still have them in a drawer. My kids stopped me from wearing them as they went out of fashion. Now I can wear them again. These glasses were not from that era. I am 62 years old and that is EXACTLY what we wore, no only as sunglasses, but plain eyeglasses. They looked like cat<br>eyes and had wings and rhinestones all over the frames. It was his signature trade-mark for the show, called "The Man with Horn Rimmed Glasses" or "HRG" for short. He was a pretty in-depth character and I say if Dolce & Gabbana are trying to revive them, then I guess life (80's-90's) imitating life (Heroes), imitating art again (Dolce and Gabbana's re-introduction.)
