That is on the UWS between the river and the park. I wonder what the views are like? They should always include a pic or two of the views.
The outside space is nice in the city, but it doesn't look very functional.

two bathrooms for the master bath? I'd rather have the extra closet space. Do not like the tiny (seeming) doors into the kitchen and how the family room is a dead end space.

Open and airy! Very modern and clean lines. Loved it! Seems a bit overpriced but my expertise on the East Coast is dismal.
