While I can appreciate the clean 60s architectural profile, I personally think it's a bit cold. All those white walls! The front door looks like a doctor's office and the living area looks like a college dorm gathering area. Best thing about the house is the great view. But...to each his own, eh? I'd like to live there, but I'd tart up the place with great art and personal touches...not to mention landscaping (nice little reflecting pool, though). But I guess the architect would have a coronary.

I would agree with that. Like you said, I can appreciate the architecture, but there's no soft look to it as though someone actually lives there. Perhaps she would fare better if she had the house staged before showing it? I love the pic of the horses in the dinning room behind the table, though! The views are breathtaking too! But whoever buys this house will have a clean, white slate to work their magic on since there is no color to any of the walls throughout the house. It's probably a very good deal!
