Terrible decor, odd decor, and all in a warehouse that's shaped weird. Yes, it does remind me of Dennis Hopper's home. No, neither will sell for a long while. On Windward next to the Venice Beach Mart. I took a photo years ago of their orange painted door (under that tree in the far left side out of the pic) because of the interesting looking urine stains. Also on that side is a long term parking lot with ratty dusty cars. The rear garage entrance is a public outdoor bathroom. Each morning you'd be cleaning up everywhere. The house is okay for an industrial art studio type place (suits Graham well) but living in that location would get old very, very fast.

Jaime
