I only write about shoes when they strike me as especially unique, strange, or beautiful, and this pair of Alexander McQueen Floral Engraved Boots are definitely beautiful and unique and could even be considered a little strange. Mixing soft feminine elements with tough biker styles is an ongoing trend that McQueen does exceptionally well and in this case it comes in the form of a Byzantine-inspired gold-tone floral engraved heel combined with a black leather and buckles upper. Details include platform styling with a 6" heel, pointed toe, cut-out bridge detail, mock-croc effects on the heel and toe, a rear tab, and zip fasteners on the front and the side.
