BTW, I absolutely hate seeing a gawd awful fence around a pool when the home is located on a large body of water. It's ridiculous. I have to have a fence around my pool too, yet I back up to an eight acre pond. OK, I know it's for safety(?), but this house has 675' of river frontage AND 230' long DEEPWATER pier.
