Yes some Vertus are blinged and yes the concierge is nearly useless but a Signature in stainless and leather never looks, feels or sounds cheap. They are not terribly expensive compared to a good watch or suit.
The hundreds of useless and silly apps on smart phones seem a wasted expense to me. I keep a Blackberry switched on nine to five. My Signature does everything I need during the evenings.

Unfortunately, unlike a fine watch a Vertu will never hold it's value. And it certainly will not appreciate.

Not sure why you think the Concierge is useless.. They use Ten UK's concierge services.. If you're unhappy with Ten's level of service.. try Quintessentially, or Les Concierges...
