Justin Timberlake Lists TriBeCa Apartment, Buys At Soho Mews
New York real estate watchers have been abuzz this week about the doings of Justin Timberlake. The NY Post confirmed that the actor/singer has signed a contract for the $7.65 million, three-bedroom, 2,598-square-foot penthouse condo at Soho Mews on West Broadway. The SoHo Mews is a pair of buildings in New York City designed by architects Gwathmey Siegel & Associates with 68 residences spread between two buildings (an eight story and a nine story) linked by a private garden. Curbed speculated that Timberlake's new abode is a three-bedroom penthouse with a wraparound terrace overlooking West Broadway and the two-building complex's interior courtyard.
The Post also reports that Timberlake listed his current home, a 3,000-square-foot loft in the Pearline Soap Factory for $5.25 million. The listing at Modlin Group says that the home has 11 foot ceilings and plenty of light in the oversized living area as well as four exposures through 14 floor-to-ceiling arched windows. The open kitchen features restaurant quality appliances by Wolf, Sub-Zero, and Miele. A Lutron technology system controls lighting, sound system, shades and heating. The Pearline Soap Factory is a part-time doorman condominium with only one apartment per floor.

The interior appears to be very, very nice & I'm hard to impress, but it's in the big city.
I was raised in a big city & never knew it had a smell until I moved away to the country & got free of it. Man, fresh air. I have a lot of blessings....Alfred-

hey Todd ..... what a bitter jealous little man you are ...
J Oct 8th 2010 5:20PM
To AOL- Please stop glorifying actors, singers, athletes, etc...! I am sick and tired of trying to read the news and all I see are articles about these overpaid crybabies who have little to no real world skills. As a military wife I am sick of hearing how many millions they paid for this or that while at the same time I know my husband could have to give his life for the freedoms we all enjoy and he gets paid squat to do it.
mannamedjoe Oct 8th 2010 5:57PM
You sound like one bitter dried up old woman! What is it to you how much these people or anyone else makes or how much they spend? Jealousy will make you hateful and bitter and it is very unbecoming. Also, AOl is not holding a gun to your head and making you read anything they write and above all lady, your husband is NOT the only man in the military serving his country.
Suff Oct 8th 2010 6:17PM
I appreciate anyone that serves their country in an admirable way, but there is no draft that obligates you to do so. If you and your husband don't like the pay or situation it puts you in, then you don't have to continue enlisting. Seems your somewhat angry or bitter about things in your personal life and make your opinions known by posting to sites like this. Maybe you should consider a hobby,or talking with a friend or maybe a job that would occupy your time in a more positive way. Then you wouldn't care about what others spend their money on.

i agree with you j Justin Timberlake has no talent And that has nothing to do with jealousy it is just a plain fact and if the truth hurts so be it half these actors are worthless and no i am not jealous because im not a money grubbing piece of sh@t i have enough money

I am sorry, but I just do not get him. I think he is such a dork and not good looking at all. Just goofy as hell.
John Oct 8th 2010 5:37PM
He definitely needs to upgrade his eye glasses. The 60's are gone.
H10 Oct 8th 2010 9:28PM
I used to think that too about Timberlake's glasses, since he looked like such a geek next to Peyton Manning in those Sony commercials. But I figured that maybe as a straight guy, I was missing something about his look.
Then I saw Matt Bomer wearing that same style of glasses in the White Collar episode "Vital Signs," and thought Bomer made them look pretty cool. I could still be missing something, but now that I've seen Matt Bomer make the same glasses look cool, I'm tempted to think that Timberlake might just be an unattractive guy...

Well J ? If you don't want to hear about glorifying actors and singers, WTF do you click on the Lonk ??? ...You are probabply one of those idiots that rant and scream that they don't want to hear about Paris Hilton and Lilo...but that's after they finish reading the articles...Dumbass ...

Barbara Sanders Oct 8th 2010 6:51PM
Justin Timberlake........sheesh......these "stars" are making millions and jillions of bucks.....I'm sorry, but, he is just not that hot.....in fact, he is ugly......I am sure he is a good person, but his looks leave something to desire. I am soooo tired of hearing how many millions and millions these people make, when all the rest of us are struggling in a recession. It's just idiotic, and reviling........
MyTravelswithJim Oct 9th 2010 4:24PM
another overpriced condo in Manhattan...and this is news??
Pat Oct 8th 2010 9:40PM
If I had all the money in the world I wouldn't want to live in any of these million dollar homes. They look so very cold and uninviting. Boy, give me some little Old English with knick-knacks, plants, open magazines, pretty curtains on the windows, maybe a sweater thrown over a chair.
Eliza B. Oct 9th 2010 3:58AM
You'd think after paying all that money he'd at least have a decent view.
NED F Oct 10th 2010 5:50AM
