If the door is counterweighted properly, you shouldn't need the opener to begin with or the buttass ugly rail that goes with it.<br><br>Beyond that. you might want to offer $14M or less, because you're going need the rest for a new decorator.]]></description><dc:creator><![CDATA[DJ]]></dc:creator><pubDate>Oct 5th 2010 4:53PM</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
