it's not much different than time shares in luxury resorts. You are sold the idea of exchanging your timeshare for another one in what ever place you want to go. Just try to get one. They are always full, or not in the time of year that you can go.
They are a total ripoff. You could go and pay for a vacation there for less money, and not have those monthly maintenance fees. They seem to go on forever.
Ever try selling one of them? Real estate ads come every week or so, saying we can sell your time share for you. Yes, but pay 4 or 5 hundred dollars up front, with NO guarantee's. BIG RIP OFF!
Call the better business bureau. You will be shocked at how many complaints there are.
Save your money. Believe me, I, been there. They give you all kinds of excuses why they can,t get you the time you want.

When the kids are out of school, it is almost impossible to get in a time share that you want.
