Nobu Miami Beach is one of 25 restaurants in 21 cities around the world, spanning across five continents, that are part of the restaurant empire founded by famed Chef Nobu Matsuhisa. Known worldwide simply as "Nobu", the chef is known for inventing new Japanese cuisine. Nobu started his career in Tokyo at sushi bars before working in Peru and Agentina, both of which greatly influenced his style. Nobu has received numerous awards and accolades throughout his impressive career and is the author of five cookbooks including Nobu the Cookbook (2001) and Nobu Now (2005).

Nobu Miami Beach is located in the glamorous Shore Club at 1901 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach. Reservations can be made online or by calling the restaurant directly at (305) 695-3232.
