In fact, the VAST majority of houses in Spokane don't even have air conditioning. If, for some reason, it gets too warm inside, they just open the windows. I have family there, and believe me, it works just fine.

So, outdoor pool? Not in Spokane. Incredibly, though the weather is even cooler in Seattle, rich people STILL have outdoor pools.
