Derek Jeter Lists Trump World Tower Penthouse
New York Yankee Derek Jeter is currently leading his team to success as baseball season swings to a close. As the NY Times Big Deal puts it maybe Jeter's feelings of luck have led him to see what he can get for his Trump World Tower penthouse. Jeter, shown at right with girlfriend Minka Kelly, has put his large white box of an apartment with absolutely killer views up for sale for $20 million. The NY Times says that Jeter bought the condo in 2001 for $12.6 million. The apartment on the 88th floor has four bedrooms and over 5,400 square feet of space.Meanwhile, Jeter is still at work on a huge mansion in Tampa, Florida that is expected to measure in at over 30,000 square feet.

Agreed. The place has killer views. At roughly $3,700 sqft. I'd rather be in the Time Warner building with a view of Central Park and beyond.
