Quailsar Road, Estate of the Day

Rinascere, today's home, offers panoramic views of Maryland's scenic Glebe Creek waterfront and 12.71 acres of private, landscaped space. The Colonial-style home located on Maryland's Eastern Shore boasts 1,200 feet of waterfront, a gated entry and bridge over two on-property ponds (with water features) and a dock with two boat lifts and bulk-head reiforced shoreline. Outdoor features include a deck, pool, gazebo, tennis court and yes, even a football field. The brick home, built in 1994, boasts eight bedrooms and 4.5 baths on three levels, four fireplaces and an elevator for easy access. It's been on the market since 2008, so there's even a good chance of snatching up this gem at a discount. This home is listed at $7.9 million.

Please, in this down economy, there are numerous elegant, tasteful, unique properties languishing on the market all across the country -- who do you feel compelled to showcase atrocious, tacky homes like this?? Cheap construction, cheap furnishings/fixtures, all & all absolutely dreadful, a tacky pile of bricks if there ever was one.

Well - that is an architectural hodge podge, isn't it?
I'll take the grounds (some nice features) and my kids are pleading for the playground structure.
We'll just bulldoze the house after burning the furniture.
Done.
