Katie Price Lists "Haunted" House

British model, reality star, author and all-around glamour gal Katie Price has listed her eight-bedroom home in Woldingham, Surrey for £2.95 million (around $4.7 million). Price, also known as Jordan, lived in the home with her ex-husband singer Peter Andre. The Real Estalker reports that the pair bought the home in 2008 for around £2.5 million. Shortly thereafter the pair moved to the U.S. to film a new reality television show but later broke up in 2009. Price has already moved on, marrying actor Alex Reid.

Rumor has it that part of the reason that Price is looking to sell the home is because she thinks it might be haunted. She reportedly invited a clairvoyant to the house after she heard noises from one of the rooms. She learned the home might be haunted by a pair of ghosts.

The home measures around 10,000 square feet and has a large double-height entrance, a home theater, formal dining room and a living room with purple carpet and a giant mirror surrounded in tufted silver fabric. The home also has an indoor swimming pool with a small seating area. It is listed with Hamptons International, pictures are after the jump.

Oooo, I didn't like the looks of this house from the first three photos. The entrance is particularly "off". Sorry. Not meaning to be offensive. I would sell, also. L Smith

Maybe the Ghosts can tell her to lower her asking price.

This house ain't worth no 6 million.

And the decorating on the house is just plain ugly for 6 million.

The house is too modern inside.It was probably remodeled.The indoor pool is neat tho.What is that gated thing in the middle of the backyard?It is a garden and gated to keep animals out?

The refrigerator is too far from the stove. Poor design. House has poor feng shui. If descending the stair case it would lead straight out the front entrance. They will lose money on this sale. Interesting, I see images of the apparitions too!

Maybe the previous owner had little kids so they enclosed the pond.It would look better without the fence around it.

In 1981 I worked in, and lived ALONE in, an abandoned old sanitorium in northeastern Oregon that was haunted (You Tube S.P.O.E. Hot Lake) and let me tell you, there is NOTHING fun or cool, or even slightly amusing about living in a haunted building. I left after 29 days.

In 1981 I lived ALONE in, and worked at an abandoned sanitorium in northeastern Oregon, as a caretaker, and this building had a reputation for being haunted. Let me tell you, there is NOTHING fun or cool or even slightly amusing about living in a haunted house or building. I left after 29 days there.
