Michael Jackson's Final Home Back on the Market

The Los Angeles mansion where Michael Jackson was living when he died in June 2009 is back on the market. The Real Estalker reports that the lavish Richard-Landry-designed home on North Carolwood Drive in the elite area of Holmby Hills has been listed for $28.995 million with Jerry Jolton of Coldwell Banker Beverly Hills South.

At the time of his death Jackson was renting the seven-bedroom home for $100,000 a month. The French-chateau-styled mansion is on a 1.26 acre lot. The home is owned by Roxanne and Hubert Guez. Hubert Guez is the current CEO of the Ed Hardy brand. Last year it was reported that Ed Hardy designer Christian Audigier would be moving into the home and planned to do business from there. The home was on the market for $38 million in 2008. Hubert Guez bought the home in 2004 for $18.5 million. The home was built in 2002 and includes a library, theater room and wine cellar. There is also a pool and a guest house on the property.

You can say what you want to say about Michael Jackson it really does not matter because he is the only person that I know that stop the whole world. He was loved very much. We all know he never did any thing to hurt anyone he love everybody even the ones that lied on him. He would not have hurt a fly, and I know he would not hurt children at all. No matter what you say or think you are just one person and the majority of the world we loved ghim and if we could have him back we would welcome him with our love for him. As you know the women and men would pass out when he perform, so why don't you talk about yourself. Stop being so jealous!!!!!!! And as for you people you mean your kind don't you?

I hope who ever buys this home pays their fair share of taxes. I think 34% federal and 9% state is way too low. After all, it's the government's money. Looks like we need more laws and more taxasion. This current governing generation is a bunch of communist bed wetters.

Hey Albert , your a dumbass ! The FBI followed MJ for Decades and found no crimes comitted on MJ's part . His file says " No tendences for pedifile at all " . Wonder what your file says ? Dems and their crimes ? Hell , the dems can commit crimes every day till 2022 and still not pass up the Bush administration . Remember weapons of mass destruction ? Illegal wiretaps ? Those are nice high ceilings and it looks like a nice pool. My humble apartment has a library and a movie theatre. Plus, I have a bottle of wine in the refrigerator. I think this house should fetch 2.9 million. Holmby Hills? Never heard of it! How far do you have to drive to Dinah's? That is the question!

$100,000 a month villa---all that beauty and he still could not sleep unless he was put to sleep!! WOW---that is a huge place with lots of beauty. I can't believe he had such problems and could not excape them in that wonderful place. He might as well have been living in a trailer court. Sad - Very Sad
