--Sacha Baron Cohen has listed his Los Angeles home for $2.9 million. It is also listed for lease for $11,995. The listing is here. Cohen and his wife, Isla Fisher, recently bought a new lavish seven-bedroom home.

From the NY Post:
--Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos may be quietly shopping their duplex penthouse at 76 Crosby St. They bought the 9,865-square-foot unit for $9.5 million in 2005 but it could bring as much as $15 million to $20 million now.
--Stephen Haymes, whose family real estate business owns 5 Penn Plaza, has just sold "The Point," an home on 2.2 acres in Westhampton for $13 million, far less than its original $20 million asking price. The buyer is hedge-funder Paul Levy.
--Nick Rizzo Jr., managing director of Loeb Partners Realty, just bought a $3.5 million, new-construction home in Sagaponack.
--Lady Gaga's latest apartment hunting took her to a four-bedroom penthouse at SoHo Mews that is listed for $9.975 million. This is the same property that Katy Perry and Russell Brand looked at in June.
--Sarah Jessica Parker was spotted checking out the $24.5 million, 11,875-square-foot townhouse at 870 Park Ave as well as the $20 million former Woolworth mansion at 2 E. 80th St.

--Meg Ryan's Bel Air home is now listed for rent for $40,000 a month. The home hit the market last year for $14.2 million. She bought the six-bedroom home for $8.995 million in 2000.

--Phil McGraw, a.k.a. Dr. Phil, has bought an estate in Beverly Hills for $29.5 million.His Beverly Hills home is listed for $16.5 million.

--A ranch owned by the family of Malcolm Forbes, the late chairman and editor in chief of Forbes magazine, has hit the market in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, for $12 million.
--Real-estate investor Michele Hughes will auction off a seven-acre oceanfront estate on Kauai's Anini Beach next month. Her 40-acre unlisted beachfront property in Kauai's Kilauea is available for $40 million.

--M.T.A. chairman and CEO Jay Walder and wife, Susan Walder-Cummings recently paid $1.599 million for a three-bedroom condo at 65 W 95th Street.
--Jameson Du Pont has picked up a $1.055 million Gramercy apartment at the exclusive 260 Park Avenue South. Ms. Du Pont co-signed the deed with her father, Reynolds Du Pont Jr.
--Carol Becker, dean of Columbia's School of the Arts, has bought on the Upper East Side, at 130 East 67th Street. The $5.75 million apartment was constructed in 1908.
--Actress and author Isabel Gillies-Lattman has bought a four-bedroom apartment at 315 West 106th Street with her husband, Wall Street Journal writer Peter Lattman. They paid $2,291,162.50 for the Rosario Candela-designed property which overlooks Riverside Park.
--Lawrence Leibowitz, COO of the New York Stock Exchange has a new home in Tribeca at 48 Walker Street.
--Hollywood strategic communication magnate Michael Sitrick has spent $4.225 million on an apartment at 980 Fifth Avenue.
--Nicholas J. Munafo III, president of Shiseido, has bought a $1,649,565 million apartment at 305 East 85th Street. Also listed on the deed is Joseph Guigliano Jr., associate vice president of Cartier.
--Robert Pangia, partner at Leading Edge Management Consultants, has purchased a sizeable apartment at 500 Greenwich Street for $6.2 million.
--New York's only humanistic rabbi Peter Schweitzer recently sold a condo at 177 East 77th Street for $1.5 million.
--Victoria's Secret model Isabeli Fontana has taken over Donald Trump Jr.'s $1.8 million apartment at Trump Place.
-- Bruno Depire, N.Y.U. professor of quantitative finance, Risk magazine Hall of Famer and the man once voted the world's most important global derivatives practitioner, has purchased two apartments on East 68th Street for $1.5 million.
--Fox News pundit Alan Colmes and wife Jocelyn Crowley have sold their Noho condo at the Silk Building on Broadway and East 4th Street for $1.725 million to James Jarman and wife Catherine.
--Michael Imperioli and his wife Victoria have sold a Chelsea walk-up that housed their theater company for $4.15 million this month. His Tribeca townhouse remains on the market for $6.95 million.

--American Hotel owner Ted Conklin is selling two of his homes in Sag Harbor. The first home, built in the 1700s, sits on 1.25 acres and is priced at $6.5 million. The Rysam-Sleight House (left) built in 1820 on a half-acre with 3,500 square feet has four bedrooms and four fireplaces and has a price tag of $2.5 million.
--Retired Lehman executive Jack L. Rivkin has gone into contract on his six-bedroom home in East Hampton. It was last listed at $26 million.
--Ramona Singer of "The Real Housewives of New York City" has lowered the rental cost of her Southampton home to $48,000 for the period of time from August 24 to September 7.

From Sea Coast Online:
--A mansion on Shapleigh Island in New Hampshire that was once owned by former Tyco International president Neil Garvey is listed for $8.5 million. The property was purchased by Garvey and his wife Helen in 2000, when they tore down a 200-year-old home to build their mansion. The listing is here.
