Perini Navi Superyacht by Lord Foster for $1 Million Per Month

For a cool $1 million a month you can now charter the world's most stylish sailing superyacht, designed by famed British architect Lord Norman Foster for Perini Navi, builders of the Maltese Falcon. Dubbed the Panthalassa, the 184-ft. yacht (which we first reported on last December) represents the "perfect fusion of contemporary living and the finest nautical heritage". Natural daylight suffuses the interior of the yacht through unique skylights designed by Foster to channel light from the sundeck and oversized portholes. The centerpiece of her luxe interior is a gracefully-flowing stairwell wrapped in a translucent acrylic enclosure allowing light to flow through the main saloon as well. There's room for 12 guests in the airy interior featuring teak flooring, saddle leather wall paneling and granite surfaces. Outside the deck features a variety of places to relax and an informal outdoor eating area. A lounge, bar, library and boardroom all feature glazed screens that can be opened to create a generous central saloon. Inside the cabins, leather wall paneling complements silk rugs and gold and black marble tiled baths.

First. Who the heck can take a full month off to float around on a sail boat? Second, who the heck has a cool million bucks laying around to blow on a month long sail boat ride? This is ridiculous! No one in their right mind would blow a million bucks on something like this... Are you sure their talking Japanes Yen here?

John Kerry. He should of leased this rather than buying his own 7 million dollar yacht, and screwing the state of mass. out 500,000.00 in taxes. He & rangel got it figured out. The only way to beat the system is be the system. Proffesional politicians, & how do they make thier bank accounts grow.

Oh yeah, you're right, I forgot about King John (Heinz Ketchup Kerry) and all of the other millionaires that are running this country into the ground. BTW how do all these congressmen become millionaires while only getting paid around $150K a year???

My concern is does that mere one million include the pay of the crew? Do I need to pay more for the coooks, maids, as well? If so, then we are talking about real money!
I didn't know that Kerry bought a boat. I know that he had inhertied islands off the coast, ideal moorings.

John Kerry got his money legitmately. He married the widow of a rich man. Once he spend all of her money, he divorced her and then married the widow Heinz. Kerry probably will not pay the $500K to Mass. it will probably come out of the Heinz money. Don't you just know the Heinz family is proud of ole John Boy.
By the way, I will not be renting the superyacht next month so it may be available for any of you that would like to rent it. Please check with my before you rent for October.

When most of us think about making $150,000 per year, we think about $50,000 going for taxes and then housing, food, utilities and so forth in expenses. Not much left over to become a millionaire.
You need Congressional Training 101.
Tax Training will be by Charlie Rangle.
Supplemental Income Training is listed as "Staff" and our special guest speaker will be John Kerry
