I watched her pick out her furniture when the house was nearing it's finished. She counted out 120,000 dollars right there. I've been in banking 15 years and know that when more than 9,999.99 shows up a report has to be done. And it's reported. Where was everyone when this was done? And why the hell would she spend more than he was obviously making. Plus the furniture is way tacky and overdone.

Sheri you need to take banking 101 and review your compliance and regulation laws....15 years ...are you a part-time, sat or sun. teller? A reported transaction is for cash in or out for 10m and 1 penny or more, not 9999.99. And if you work in the bank and she maintains an account you can expect to be fired and maybe charged a fine....thats the privacy law.....confidential....you can kiss your job good-bye!

Candee, Sherri Roy is probably referring to an episode that aired that showed her picking out her furniture. Not actually witnessing it in the bank...

@CANDEE: You are an idiot. First of all sherri is right. There is a standard IRS reporting for for cash withdrawals and deposits of 10k and up. It is supposed to stop drug dealers and money laundering. If you really thought it was 10 million, then YOU need to take banking 101 yourself. The only way your statement could be true is if you were using the 'M' as a roman numeral then your sentence is correct but your argument is invalid. so you FAILED

Why does everyone think she counted out the entire $120,000??? I am not defending her at all I hate her...but she was probably making a deposit! People are assuming here that she counted out $120,000+ LOL With the stack she had it clearly wasnt that much $$.

I am just floored by the lavish spending this family continued to display knowing that their financial situation was in dire straights....absolutely floored, how sad!! Me see a marriage counselor in their near future, cause girlfriend, doesn't seem to get it!!
