Residences at Vizcaya, Luxury in Coconut Grove

The South Florida real estate market can use a little good news lately. One new project in Coconut Grove is the Residences at Vizcaya. The project is a newly designed residential condominium project on two acres. The development includes 18 residences. In the past few months Residences at Vizcaya sold 13 condos leaving only five remaining.

The residences overlook the Bay and start at 3,000 square feet and ranging up to 10,000 square feet. A full 13 of the 18 units boast a private infinity pool. A comprehensive concierge service offers everything from home management, to automotive and boat care, bill paying, home maintenance and housekeeping.

Units are customizable with designer details. Kitchens boast Miele appliances and granite or quartz countertops. Residences at Vizcaya include three, four, five and six bedroom units. Building amenities include a private seven slip marina, lap pool with surrounding cabanas and sundeck, private club and meeting rooms, fitness center, and 24-hour concierge service and security. Prices range from $1.3 million to $6 million.

The seven-story development, estimated at $50 million was designed by architects, Behar Font and CC Arquitectos. The interior designer, Carola Hinojosa created a sophisticated and contemporary design. The project will have its grand opening this summer.
