Tamarind, Estate of the Day

Last time David Gilbert sold a house it was to British celebs Ashley and Cheryl Cole who bought his home, Hurtmore in 2008 for £3.55 million. He's ready to sell again and this time The Daily Mail reports that he's sweetening the deal with a £125,000 Lamborghini Gallardo that comes with the house he has on the market. The home called Tamarind is in the English town Etchingham in East Sussex. It's a six-bedroom home of around 7,200 square feet on three acres with views over the Etchingham valley. It's no great sacrifice for Gilbert to part with the Lambo, since 1998 he has owned 19 of the Italian cars. The home includes a game room, conservatory, family room, drawing room, study, office and more. It is listed at £1.695 million.
