Peter Facinelli and Jennie Garth In Toluca Lake, Estate of the Day
Jennie Garth and Peter Facinelli have listed their six-bedroom Colonial-style home in Toluca Lake, California. The Real Estalker reports that the pair originally bought the home in 2005 for $2.85 million. The home has been significantly expanded and renovated but began as a classic Paul Williams designed home in 1934. It was originally built for Tex Ritter and was the childhood home of John Ritter. Paul Williams details include crown molding, a crescent-shaped staircase and other architectural detailing. The gated home has a five-car garage and there is a waterfall pool and spa with an outdoor pavilion and fireplace. Set off in a corner of the yard is a children's playset. The home has formal dining and living rooms, a bar room, chocolate-colored game room and a separate kitchen/family room. The upstairs has two master suites once with walk-in closets, a safe room and a sitting room with a coffee bar and fireplace. A separate wing upstairs includes the gym, playroom and dual offices. The rooms for their daughters are colorfully decorated including a bright pink room for Lola (her name is on the wall). This home is listed at $5.995 million.

sickens me to see people looking to make so much profit on a home...in times like this, why not sell raffle tickets for the home and then add in 1000 tickets and hand them out to the homeless, give an everyday joe like me the chance to win a home i could never ever own..hell id have to mortage the place to pay the light bill
gboyl Jun 23rd 2010 1:05AM
like everyone else always wanting a handout...those people dont owe you anything
Deb Jun 22nd 2010 2:25AM
If you would have problems paying the light bill, then why would you want to win such a house in a raffle?? I suppose YOU would want to sell it to make the profit!!
They are the one who put the money into the house, and made it so beautiful, why shouldn't they gain something?? Some people are just so jealous of the ones who have more than they do, they can't stand it!!

Why in the world should anyone raffle off the house they bought in order to give it to someone else just because the other person can't afford it? If you want a house then work hard and buy one yourself. I can't believe how many people want to just stand around with their hand out waiting for someone to give them something, anything for free. Ugh!

You are a bit ignorant, for one I don't know a homeowner that doesn't try to make a profit on selling a home, and two, they are asking 3 mill. more than what they bought it for, which isn't that much considering what they probably spent on renovating and expanding the house, plus homes go up in value......................

Jennie and Peter, Beautiful Home. I would not want to move. Good Luck in selling.

I live in a simply cozy & beautiful one bedroom apartment, just a simple cottage below. But you ought to see my Mansion in Glory! You ain't seen nothing yet, folks!
May all glory, thanks, and Praise go to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, Who made it all possible, by shedding His very own blood on Calvary's tree, that old rugged cross. Folks, it's simply Jesus. (John 3:16,17).
And my very own Mansion in Glory will never be up for Sale. You too can obtain one of these eternal Mansions, for as the songwriter put it; "Though millions have come, there's still room for one. Yes, there's room at the cross for you!

This is a nice home in a nice neighborhood, Maybe you nimrods did not pay attention to the fact that they put 2.2 mil in renovations into this 1934 Paul Williams home. May have trouble getting full price because of the economy but should be able to get 5 for it.
