I totally agree with you! I see very nice homes that some gay designer feels needs to be remade into some cheasp whore house look. The Gene Aut5ry home is beautiful as it is. The comments stating it is ugly and needs a total gutting and remodel seem to validate thsat people have no clue about the man, the service in WWII, the character, morals or honor of Gene Autry. A different time and era. Many of the critical comments come from people that cannot tell the difference between fashion and style. The home has style just as Autry had style. I agree with others that many probably have not even seen his movies. Then again, this is all from an era when there was no national debt, no drug warfare, no national unemployment crisis based on exporting jobs to Communist China to save a few pennies and to hell with your neighbor.
