Fat Joe In Florida, Estate of the Day

Plantation, Florida seems a bit of an unlikely spot for a gangsta rapper's paradise but according to the Real Estalker that's where you'll find Fat Joe's home. The rapper has listed the four-bedroom home he built in Florida's Broward County. In 2000 he paid $115,000 for an acre of land and then had his Mediterranean modern mansion constructed. It apparently wasn't completed until ast year. The style is modern luxe, neutral in tone but eschewing some of the faux Tuscan details often seen in Florida luxury homes.

The home includes a double-height entry way with a wall of shimmering tile and a chandelier, formal dining room, large kitchen, home theater and a master suite that includes three dressing areas with walk-in closets. The listing says that no expense was spared, the home theater alone boasts $50,000 in oversized power seats and a 100-inch screen. It is listed at $1.999 million with The Campins Company.

Why not use this money to clean up the ghettos? Use this money to help train useless teenage thugs and gangsters for honest employment? Black entertainers and sports figures are complete and total hypocrites.

If that was the case, then how come no one knows or even cares who you are! You sound like you are upset because with no- talent as you put it he has made it and its eating you up inside. Well ha ha in your face accept it and move on because he's not losing any money or sleep from your opinion!!!!!!

It's amazing that there are so many people who are miserable and who are haters have to find something negative no matter what the situation. If you can't say something half way decent without a "but", I'm probably talking to you. Take a look in the mirror...is your life really that bad. I think it's a beautiful home.

It looks like a office, the living room area looks way too "cold" and not comfortable at all, it's "under decorated" way to sparce looking, it does not appeal to me at all.

Actually, the word to describe this house is "sterile". Not a hint of warmth or vitality or livability about it,as if it was decorated professionally,and then no one ever came to live there.

Gorgeous home. I don't care for many of his furniture, accessory and lighting choices, but I love the openness of the house. Mr. Joe is a man of relative taste when compared to some of his fellow rap artists.

SERIOUSLY SPEAKING....... THIS GUY IS DEFINITELY "COLOR BLIND!" THE ENTIRE HOUSE LOOKS BROWN? I BET HE CANNOT SEE COLORS PROPERLY. MOST MEN ARE COLOR BLIND AND THEY SEE MOSTLY SHADES OF NUETRAL COLORS, LIKE BEIGE, OR BROWNS, ETC.

It is a nice home but, i don't like the decor looks too much like a hotel.. The bathroom i would die for with some decor it would be beautiful.. I think in this economy the location will be a problem for him to sell.. No matter the economy,location is a key when investing in high end property..

what does color and race have to do with a person and where they live as long as they can afford it. If i was Fat Joe I would not be in Plantation i would be in Palm Beach./ boca etc.. or Parkland
