Fat Joe In Florida, Estate of the Day

Plantation, Florida seems a bit of an unlikely spot for a gangsta rapper's paradise but according to the Real Estalker that's where you'll find Fat Joe's home. The rapper has listed the four-bedroom home he built in Florida's Broward County. In 2000 he paid $115,000 for an acre of land and then had his Mediterranean modern mansion constructed. It apparently wasn't completed until ast year. The style is modern luxe, neutral in tone but eschewing some of the faux Tuscan details often seen in Florida luxury homes.

The home includes a double-height entry way with a wall of shimmering tile and a chandelier, formal dining room, large kitchen, home theater and a master suite that includes three dressing areas with walk-in closets. The listing says that no expense was spared, the home theater alone boasts $50,000 in oversized power seats and a 100-inch screen. It is listed at $1.999 million with The Campins Company.

The home is very lovely, inside and exterior. I like the modern furniture, but the only thing missing is wall art. I never heard of this person, but I am not in the rapper group age. Again, it is a great place and I know the area. I say good choice.

The mansion is really nice and huge and i love it all but......the only thing that i really didnt like, but then again....thats my own taste. lol....the dining room chairs but overall the whole place is awsome.

Beautiful house...but he needs art for those big, blank walls! He needs to get down to Miami's Design District and check out some galleries. Some really big, dynamic pieces would be kick ass on those huge walls.

It needs too look lived in. Where is the art work, flowers , plants and books? Does he read? It needs some color other than beige. When you walk in to a bed room why is the bed in a corner by the doors? Nice if you like marble. It obviously was done by a decorator but it needs a great deal of input from the owner.

Unbelievable! Someone always cries saying black people use the race card way 2 much however a- holes like Darlene and her idiotic sidekick make it very much relevant at times. As far as commenting saying we live in filth, sorry to tell you but we are not the only ones living in poverty. I had a guy stop me on the streets asking for a few dollars in return he would give me some stolen steaks, you know what? He was white!!! I gave him $10 and told him there was no need for that. Skin color didn't matter all I saw was a person in need!

Nice clean minimalist lines. Good working kitchen. Everything has it's place and contained. Less is more and clutter adds to confusing the mind. Probably very relaxing without a lot of junk out. Floors would be an issue for safety. But a smart property! Namaste

#1 seems like alot of people are jealous of his success whether he be a rapper or an opera singer, also Fat Joe is of Latino decent for all of the idiots out there calling him something else, and by the way show me someone that wouldn't trade places with him any day of the week, he is wealthy. Afterall, 99.9% of the world wants more money and he has it. He also does alot of charity work, do yourself a favor before you start hating on someone and speaking out your a**, do some research, f****ing idiots!!!
