Why blow 22 million getting it back in the air, just for show? It was always intended to be a commercial airline. If not, I'd rather see the SR-71 Blackbird fly at airshows. It is STILL the fastest plane ever built, holding that record since its inception in 1963!

i agree. that is one amazing aircraft. i would love to take a ride in it.

Same thing. To see it pass, even "slow", around 900-950 km/hr (less than 1/3 of it's capacity) would knock the pants off. And then a real slow pass, just above landing speed. That Kelly J. was a MASTER.
Only once seen the swedins Draken to do that. You look to the horizont and try to see a small point, like a "fly" ,slowly increasing it's size (don't blink your eye). This little bug grews to the full size fighter, before you have time to inhale and
then it's gone. In that case it took 90deg upwards in front of us with full after burner (and we almost peed in our pants, so much fun)
