Fine Dining After Hours: The Late Night Menu At The Mark
There's nothing worse than being ravenously hungry late at night and having nowhere to go. Those in New York City have a new late-night option to save them from diner plates and fast food. The late night menu offered by The Mark Restaurant by Jean-Georges in the recently re-imagined Mark Hotel offers deluxe fare for night owls. The dishes will include the Mark's signature sweet pea soup, the Mark cheeseburger with brie and black truffle dressing, foie gras marble with green bean salad, a mozzarella, tomato and basil pizza as well as salmon, beef tenderloin and pasta entrees. The menu offers summer cocktails such as the lychee raspberry bellini, ginger margarita, Hemingway daiquiri and the grapefruit gimlet. The restaurant will be serving the new late night menu in the lounge area of the restaurant between 11pm and 1am.
