He opened Zappo's in Kentucky and it has grown really big - he built a huge building across the street from his old place.. I know someone that worked for him from the beginning and she worked there for several years. When his company started getting big then he fired all of the employees that had been with him from the beginning. They were making pretty good money, not anything awesome but it was pretty good and I guess he wanted to get rid of them and start paying new employees minimum wage - so he's not that GREAT!
