Scott Baio Is 48 And Ready To Sell His Encino Home
Oh how things change, just a few years ago Scott Baio was 45 and single and wrestling with his issues on a reality TV show. Now the former teen dream is married with a young daughter and looking for new real estate. The Real Estalker reports Baio has listed his home in Encino, California. The home has lasted him longer than his many, many high-profile relationships, he bought way back in 1994 for $1.385 million. The four-bedroom home is a single story on a lot that is a little over one acre. The 4403-square foot home has formal living and dining rooms (barred off by a baby gate) as well as a more casual family room. Floor-to-ceiling-windows face the large backyard. The kitchen has an adjacent breakfast room and the master bedroom suite includes a fireplace and walk-in closets. The backyard includes an elevated pool, tennis court, koi pond, barbecue area and a gazebo with projector and flat screen televisions. This home is listed at $2.895 million.

Apparently you see the live fish swimming. Simply look to the right and you'll see the dead fish, grayish in color.

And I should care about this clown and his house?
Whatever are you smoking?

The kitchen sure doesn't look like it belongs in a 2.8M house, the breakfast bar doesn't even have an overhang so you can eat comfortably!! Granite back-splashes aren't retro, just boring and the appliances could certainly be upgraded. Looks like a fixer-upper to me and overpriced for Encino.

Hey, this is a nice house mr or ms agent. I sure am hungry for Long John Silvers, oh, I brought me some bread, I would like a Gold fish sandwich. Is the microwave still working?, I can always eat a sushi sandwich.

What a laugh about the dead fish:) Personally, I like the itty bitty dog in its itty bitty bed. As for the house, remember........he's had it since 1994 so he's probably never updated it.......being a 'guy'. How many noticed the little toy (red) car in the background? Or the little ball with stars on it? I'll bet everyone will be looking for every little thing now!!! These were fun comments from everyone-------nice to have a good laugh for a change!!

What an ugly interior...all white and gross! No personality, just like it's owner....

Best of luck to Mr. Baio, he was always underrated as an actor, and his performance in "The Bread My Sweet" [a.k.a. "A Wedding for Bella"] is classic. But for the concerned folks thinking the white carp variant is "dead"-look closely at the picture. You will clearly see the fish is oriented the same as the gold-colored one, with two lower fins clearly visibly shown on the bottom of the fish too so it is swimming in the normal fashion. Ergo it is not dead. Just a different color. The tail appears to be rather exotic, like the other one's...possibly that triangular configuration some have.

What has happened to the posters here? It reminds me of junior high school and less like Luxist Estate of the Day. Nice home. Worth the money. No dead fish-I have a 10 thousand and a 3 thousand gallon Koi pond on my property. You just don't know what you are looking at.

Wow! Look at all these guys who are jealous of Scott Baio! I'm female and I like his place. Pam Anderson liked it too dudes! I guess that's why he got all the hot women and the rest of you losers are so irritated. HaHa!
