Kourtney Kardashian Lists Her Calabasas Home

More real estate shenanigans for the Kardashian clan. Kourtney Kardashian, the eldest sister, is moving on from her Calabasas home. TMZ reported that she has listed her three-bedroom house for sale. Big Time Listings found the property records which show that she bought the home in 2006 for $829,000. She and her boyfriend Scott Disick are looking for more room for themselves and their young son, Mason.

The 2,245 square foot home has three bedrooms and is located in the gated Creekside community. It has hardwood floors, a refrigerated wine closet and a marble bar. Like her sister Kim, this Kardashian has a love of animal prints, heavy draperies and nods to Hollywood glamour in the form of black and white posters. This home is listed for $795,000 with the Shevins who also still hold the listing for the main Kardashian home in Hidden Hills.

i feel sorry for her, hes such a douche and she keeps taking him back. i heard she dumped him after he got really really really drunk at kim's vegas birthday, but i dunno if she has taken him back (again) since ive seen pictures of them with their baby looking real happy and stuff. was that just for the pictures? or are they back together?

So how could she afford an $800K house back in 2006---which, I believe, was before the TV series. What did she do for work in 2006 that she could afford this "CONDO?" Seems these kids have a ton of cash to throw around, yet, other than Kim, nobody seems to do anything. Didn't I just see that Koutney's boyfriend just got a job? Yeah, the idiot who sits around the house all day, dressed in a silk robe and acting like Hefner. What a clown.

Actually Joe, Kourtney and her sisters and their mother co-own clothing boutiques in California and Florida. The store in CA was open before the show ever began. Kourtney and Rob I know for sure have both graduated from college as well. Do your research before you just start talking S**T.

I also thought she broke up with Scott...what a waste of a human life that awful man is. She deserves so much better than him. She must have a very low self esteem to keep taking him back each time he disappoints or cheats or goes into a drunken stupor. And why would he want to look like that on television? Is he proud of that behavior? He is one of the most hated men on TV. Kourtney...move on.

I love the kitchen or dining room table. Not sure what room it is. The home is very nice but I don't blame them for wanting more space with a baby. Housing is extremely expensive in Ca. I could get a huge luxurious home for that price where I live, but it's so scenic there.

$30,000 loss, dream on, if it sells for more than $600,000.00 she will be lucky. . Smartwest thing she could do is drop the zero, get a hero. Find somebody who has put in time in Military and worked their way through college and earned a real job.
My bet is house will still be for sale in two years after we throw O'bama and his comrads out of office. (Hopefully a third will go away in November-Maybe one of them could afford to buy it, as after their most recent vote they won't be able to go home..

The people that matter are the people that pay taxes. It does not matter what color their skin is. Don't sit around all of your life working at taco bell popping out babies living off the system with medicaid and wellfare. I agree that Scott seems like a douchebag, but it's a reality TV show. We don't know these people. For all we know, he could treat her like a queen, and the rumors and the way he acts on the show could be just to generate attention.
Even if he really doesn't have a job, he comes from a pretty wealthy family. I'm sure that baby will be just fine.
Let's not forget that the Kardashian sisters did not acquire their wealth by being golddigging famewhores, like people seem to want to label them. Kourtney is college educated and she and Khloe have owned a very successful clothing boutique in Calabasas, DASH, for years.
Not to mention their father is Robert Kardashian. He was a defense attorney on the OJ Simpson case, and also a successful business man. He was worth about $30 million when he died. Then there is also their Olympic athlete stepfather, Wheaties box man Bruce Jenner. He's rumored to be worth about $100 himself. If the Scott leaves tomorrow and the house sells for 10 bucks, I'm going to go ahead and assume that financially, Kourtney will be just fine.
I don't see that house selling for $795,000, even if it is in Calabasas. It's awfully small, and this is how they present it for listing? It's a tacky mess. Someone should let them know if they replace all that heavy drapery and gaudy, cluttered furniture and decor, it might seem less suffocating.

Who in their right mind would want to hook up with somebody in this family? The egos, the controling mother in law etc etc. I feel sorry for any young man trying to have a real lasting relationship with these girls. Like dating a pack of egos... As for the property, it's nice and very trendy. I liked it.

I agree Scott acts like a douche and if he's doing it for the ratings, then he's allowing the TV giants to make an ass out of him. As for the condo, I think its cute but small.
