I would've expected perhaps a more taller ceiling height or open air quality to the layout. The living room with the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Hudson is inviting although kind of simple. The downside to the dining room is a slight cave-like and very tight quality.

I wish the exterior was more dressed up which can be done (see below) and still retain the barn personality and feel. Perhaps it is just the dead of winter making it look so drab or maybe the ho-hum brickwork, but the facade up close isn't suggesting the property (regardless of it being on the Hudson) is worth anything near $4M let alone $6.3M.
