Exhale's active and multi-disciplinary approach combines fitness and movement with spa and healing therapies in a modern, tranquil day spa setting. Transformational group fitness classes include yoga and its proprietary Core Fusion®, Core Fusion® Sport, and Core Fusion® Yoga classes and personal training. Along with relaxing massages and restorative body therapies, results-oriented facials include a full range of body scrubs and massages using the latest technological advances, and healing services that include detox and cleansing programs, acupuncture, cupping, and nutrition. Grooming services, including waxing, nail care, eye care, workshops, and destination weekend retreats round out its unique service offerings.
Its six week total Body Transformation program, which costs $2,000 ($1,500 for members) includes Acupuncture, Nutritional Wellness Coaching, and unlimited mind body classes to help guests obtain real results by helping to increase metabolism, reduce cravings, rid unwanted habits, tone, shape, and balance.
Exhale is also known for its destination retreats. For example, from April 22 to 25, the Core Fusion® Bootcamp will be offered at the Omphoy Ocean Resort in Palm Beach. The Core Fusion® Boot Camp spans four days and three nights and integrates beach, pool, ocean, studio, and spa experiences to transform guests physically, mentally, and spiritually. The cost is $1,650 for a single, $1,288 per person if a room is shared.
In addition to offering urban spas, Exhale also has branded central amenities in hotels, resorts, and residential hospitality developments. Its residential developments at 45 Province in Boston and the Manhattan House in New York City are for the exclusive use of residents. Exhale will be opening several retreat hotels, condo/hotel exhale living projects, and is in discussions to develop an exclusive "Exhale Village". Exhale plans to grow its wellbeing paradigm to 50 locations in prestigious and philosophically aligned resorts, residential hotel developments, and strategic partnerships.
Currently, the company currently operates 15 locations in key metropolitan markets including Los Angeles, Dallas, Chicago, New York and Boston and the Caribbean (Turks and Caicos).
