I've been using a power-plate for the last two months through a sports-medicine chiropractor. I find it to be an incredible machine to promote the strengthening of stabilizing muscles: it wont make you lift 50lbs more, but will keep you balanced and tight reducing the twist and wander that knees and backs usually go through, and it has been an incredible aide while getting my knees and back in line.
As fond of the power plate as I am, it's not attractive. But this model (if only I had the means) would be a great overhaul in a workout room. I wonder if the artist can/will do alternate colors and patterns.
Maybe I should just paint it myself, and save the additional $10k us.

Evan Labbe
