The $800,000 Bentley Station Wagon

At the Geneva Motor Show Bentley just unveiled a stunning two-door station wagon or "shooting brake" model dubbed the Continental Flying Star built by Italian coachwork firm Touring Superleggera. Based on either the Bentley Continental GTC with a 560 hp twin-turbo 6.0-liter W12 engine, or the GTC Speed with a 610 hp engine, only 20 examples will be built at a base price of about $800,000 apiece. The car's completely new rear compartment features two foldable rear seats and a variable loading space. The term "shooting brake" does not refer to the braking system but originated with custom built two-door luxury estate cars altered for use by hunters and other sportsmen such as golfers, equestrians, and polo players requiring easy access to larger storage areas than offered by the typical automobile trunk. THE BENTLEY DESIGN HAS BEEN OUT WAY LONGER THAN THE 300, SO IT (300) LOOKS LIKE A BENTLEY!!!!!

We have the GT SPEED> Its was $230,000. 610 HP as well. Why is the station wagon 500+ Thousand more? That's retarded!!! IT's the exact same car just a little longer.

Why all the horse power; what are the rich people going to do, drag race down the strip? I'd buy a nice big boat and have naked chicks running around for less money and sleep on it with the chicks wore me out.

Hey Ed.....
The reason comments on politics have been banned by certain sites is that when a particular subject is introduced for discussion, those who are interested in the actual subject, have little or no desire to be bored or annoyed by the rants of people who know very little about politics but have strong opinions and miss no chance to air them on any forum that will allow it.
And most of them can't spell. Why not try twitter, it is for twits and allows all manner of raving regarding the ONLY subject in the world of interest to many.
