Why doesn't she stay in D.C. and give the money to the poor? Your lack of appreciation for the work does not devalue the piece. This isn't a stupid baseball that can become worthless if another player beats that record.  This sale triples the value of that comic book to anyone who owns one in that same condition.  I am a comic book collector myself but not in a lavish way and I will definitely save them in their condition til my farts turn to dust.<br>This is the reason we live in America, we have the right to do anything we want with our money and i'm damn proud that every other country is jealous of our freedom and pride.
